By combining the conversational power of ElevenLabs with the automation engine of n8n, you’ll build a system that can answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments directly into your Google Calendar. Let’s dive in.

STEP 1:

Create accounts on ElevenLabs and n8n.

Why: You need two distinct parts to make this work. ElevenLabs provides the Conversational AI (the voice, the ears, and the personality). n8n is the backend automation tool (the nervous system) that connects that voice to your actual software, like Google Calendar.
